This Privacy Policy describes how Floryx ("we", "us") handles information when you use the mobile game MineHex ("the App") on Android devices.

5.1 Revoking or changing your advertising consent

If you live in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you saw a consent dialog on your first launch asking how you'd like personalized advertising to be handled. You can change that answer at any time:

  1. Open MineHex
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Scroll to the Privacy section
  4. Tap Manage data preferences (in your language)
  5. The same consent dialog reappears — change your selection and confirm

Your new choice takes effect immediately. The dialog is provided by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), which is a certified Consent Management Platform under the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.2). If the Privacy section is not visible in Settings, you are not in a region where this consent dialog is shown and no action is required on your part.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Local gameplay data persists on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Cloud-saved progress (if you signed in with Google Play Games Services) persists on Google's servers until you request deletion.

Third-party SDKs may transfer data outside your country of residence (e.g., to the United States). These providers contract to use appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
