This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for the mobile game MineHex, published by Floryx.
MineHex does not require you to create an account. The game can be played fully anonymously.
If you choose to use cloud save and achievements, MineHex uses Google Play Games Services (your Google account on the device). We do not hold a separate username, password, or email address for you.
Send an email to

with the subject line MineHex Account Deletion Request.
In the email, include:
We process deletion requests within 30 days and will reply to your email to confirm completion.

Once your deletion request is processed, the only data Floryx may retain is a record of the deletion request itself (your email and the date), kept for up to 2 years. This is required to demonstrate compliance with data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA) if requested by a regulator. This record is not used for any other purpose.
